We're Hiring: Accounts & Sales Administrator – Hybrid (Central London)
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for both finance and sales support? We're looking for an Accounts & Sales Administrator to join our growing team! This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds—flexibility to work remotely while spending 2-3 days per week in our Central London office (easily accessible by public transport).
About the Role:
As an Accounts & Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting our sales team. Your day-to-day will include:
* Processing invoices & receipts: ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Sales order processing: from creation to completion
* Cashflow management & preparing month-end accounts
* Setting up payments and maintaining financial records
* Creating quotes & registering opportunities with our technology partners
* Liaising with clients for software and contract renewals
* Problem-solving: dealing with any order issues that arise
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a similar finance or sales support role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Familiarity with Xero accounting software
* A team player with great communication skills
* Someone who can easily commute to Central London a few days per week
