Job Description
Job title: Platform Investments Manager (External Fund Manager Change)
Location: Edinburgh or Bristol
Salary: £57,500 - £60,000
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh or Bristol office.

We're looking for an External Fund Manager (EFM) Change Manager within our Platform Investments Team who are primarily responsible for delivering activities arising from a portfolio of external fund managers. This includes corporate actions, legal and rebate agreements, due diligence questionnaires and general relationship management to help support our Workplace Savings business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as business lead for corporate actions on our external fund links business, ensuring that fund changes are implemented in an accurate and timely manner.
* Completing and submitting due diligence questionnaires to external fund managers.
* Ensuring that appropriate legal and rebate agreements are set up and maintained.
* Supporting the appointed EFM relationship managers.
* Delivering on additional activities and queries arising.
* Engaging with multiple partners across the business including Investment Governance, Legal, Risk, Fund Factsheets, Investment Reporting, Proposition teams, Distribution and Client Management, and Customer Communications Office.
What you’ll need:
* Previous experience and good understanding of life and pension products and investments, particularly workplace savings.
* Experience in a UK investment operations environment, ideally familiar with unit pricing processes.
* A solid understanding of funds and investments and experience of corporate actions.
* Experience of handling a large volume of data in a controlled environment.
* Experience of working on projects, particularly fund related projects.
* Strong partnering and stakeholder leadership skills.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with an ability to adapt to a flexible agenda.
* Strong customer focus and continuous improvement approach.
