* Reconcile and manage cash and payments from clients.
* Monitor and investigate discrepancies in financial transactions.
* Develop and implement efficient processes to improve financial operations.
* Manage and resolve queries and issues related to unmatched cash, uncollected debt, and settlements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in IBA teams or insurance businesses, with a strong understanding of CASS rules and FCA regulations. A strong background in business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential requirements for this role.
