We are a busy theatre suite with 11 theatres within peri operative medicine at Arrowe Park site.

The housekeeper is an integral member of the team who will work alongside the Management and Nursing team in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of all Nursing equipment, both in use in theatres and store.
Responsibilities:
* To maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all clinical equipment, both in use in theatre and in store.
* To ensure all equipment and the theatre environment is in good working order at all times and report appropriately if not.
* Maintain Health and Safety in the workplace and complete risk assessments and electrical checks as required.
* To order and maintain an appropriate stock supply of consumables to unit via oracle, telephone, email, or hospital supply chain.
* Maintain patient confidentiality and perform clerical tasks such as answering the telephone and use of Cerner IT system.
