I am recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for my client who is a very well established business. The Customer Service Administrator will provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Duties
1. Polite and efficient handling of all customer complaints, concerns, and queries.
2. Keeping the complaints and discrepancies documented for tracking, monitoring, and quality purposes.
3. Processing all customer returns which involve determining those for repair, credit, or replacement.
4. Handle repairs.
5. Log all complaints, discrepancies, and repairs on the CRM system.
6. Answering incoming calls.
7. Sales order processing.
8. Providing support to the sales team as and when required.
9. Provide customers with PODs.
10. Resolving after-sales queries, including late deliveries, shortages, damages, etc.
11. Process web orders.
