Hooray is currently recruiting on behalf of a domiciliary care provider to assist in the recruitment of 2 Care Managers to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As a Care Manager, you will:
* Develop, innovate and drive continuous improvement in all areas of the business
* Act as a role model to staff and colleagues
* Manage the loading and updating of all information onto the care management system
* Create care plans for new clients, updating where required
* Conduct formal reviews on clients
* Carry out spot checks with clients and carers, addressing any areas for improvement
* Carry out supervisions on care staff
* Liaise & build relationships with the local authority
* Partake in on-call responsibilities (once a month)
In order to be successful, you will:
* Have experience in working at a management level within health & social care
* Have an excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
* Have demonstrable experience in working with care management systems
* Have good business acumen
* Hold a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position and we are unable to offer sponsorship!
