What are we looking for?
We are looking for people who can demonstrate a commitment to their own learning as the successful candidates will be given the opportunity to become qualified and time served as a Domestic Heating Engineer, through a mixture of on-the-job experience working alongside qualified/experienced tradespeople and off the job experience at college, gaining the underpinning knowledge and the recognised qualifications for your trade.
Eligibility Criteria:
* These vacancies are restricted to applicants who have recently attended a South Lanarkshire Council High School and/or live in the South Lanarkshire Area.
* You must be 16 years of age by 26/09/2025 and no older than 19 years of age by 06/08/2025.
* If you are disabled or care experienced and aged between 20 to 29 years of age by 06/08/2025, you may be eligible to apply if you meet the rest of the essential criteria.
