Employment Lawyer - Senior Associate
Our clients are a well-regarded firm. They are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer for a varied caseload, covering the full range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters to corporate and individual clients, including:
1. Grievance and disciplinary proceedings
2. Unfair dismissal
3. Redundancies
4. Discrimination and harassment
5. TUPE
6. Contracts of Employment
7. Handbooks and policies
8. Previous advocacy experience is an advantage as is the desire to represent in the Employment Tribunal
