This role involves working closely with the class teacher to enhance learning experiences, support individual and group activities, and ensure all pupils reach their potential. Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils. Help manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies. Support pupils with special educational needs where required. Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience). Have experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be adaptable, patient, and passionate about supporting children's learning.
