Justteachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Intervention KS3 SEN Teacher to work full-time across a range of SEN schools in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled teacher to make a meaningful impact on students educational journeys, providing targeted support and intervention in a variety of settings. The role is available to start ASAP on a long-term basis. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess tailored intervention lessons to support KS3 students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Collaborate with SENCOs and other specialists to identify students specific needs and design effective interventions to support their academic and social development. Provide differentiated support to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum and make progress. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and engagement among students with SEN. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents/carers and school staff. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK. Experience working with KS3 students with a variety of SEN, particularly those with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and other complex needs. Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies, intervention techniques, and differentiation. Ability to adapt teaching methods to support students individual needs and learning styles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
