We’re looking for an office-based Administrator to join our team, based in Kingswinford on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will support day-to-day activities and complete all tasks set out by management on site.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to commencing employment, which includes providing 5 consecutive years of UK residence and employment/education history.

Day to Day
* Provide administrative support where needed throughout the day
* Facilitating booking in visitors and meetings on site
* Take ownership of inputting wages on KRONOS system
* Control and management of personnel files, including creation and archiving as required, ensuring GDPR is always maintained
* Ensure all daily deliveries and paperwork are processed accurately
* Ensure accuracy when entering data into the computer systems
* Assist with stock investigations from customer or supplier queries, receipt errors, etc.
* Complete ownership of communication with other departments within Wincanton
* Managing and controlling the meeting rooms - Supporting in meetings when required via Microsoft Teams
* Management of stationary ordering
* To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function and the operation
