We are looking for a Reservation and Sales Manager to join the team here at Rest Group Head Office. The successful applicant will be paid a basic salary and will be paid commission that is results dependent, with annual salary reviews reflective of performance.

What will you be doing?
* Reacting to market demands to change pricing across the portfolio, maximizing sales through dynamic pricing based on demand.
* Focusing on letters of confirmation, cancellations, and modifications, and communicating these both internally and with guests to improve customer relations and hopefully rebookings.
* Responding to communications from guests and travel agents, as well as helping to process reservations arriving by phone, e-mail, and through our central reservations system.
* Ensuring bookings are guaranteed and no-show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate.
* Creating social media promotions and adverts to increase direct sales.
* Maintaining standards and having great attention to detail while also having a warm and friendly phone/e-mail manner and a desire for guest satisfaction.
* Maximizing sales revenue by approaching enquiries with a sales attitude, taking action on any upsell opportunities.
* Analysing current advertising/marketing on social media/websites and making/suggesting amendments where necessary.
