The postholder will be tasked with the operation of the Finance systems and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the relevant work area. Candidates will be asked to confirm their preferences for full/part-time roles and permanent/fixed-term roles on the application. Inclusion on the register does not guarantee an offer of employment; if you are successful at interview, your name will be held for 12 months, and should a vacancy become available, the next candidate may be offered a position. - ABOUT YOU - - A good standard of numeracy and literacy as evidenced by qualification, i.e. GCSE Grade C in English and Maths or equivalent. - Experience of working in a large finance/administration office. - Experience of reconciliation of financial records. - Experience of inputting and extracting data in a complex financial IT system. - Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside normal office hours as required by the needs of the post.
