Provide a comprehensive and full secretarial/ clerical support to the Team. The post holder will administrate for clinical staff education/ study days/ programmes and be expected to facilitate in audit, information gathering and completion of condition specific data reports. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Main duties of the job Works within own knowledge and expertise and BCUHB policies. Plan and organise own workload. Assist staff to provide accurate information and maintain databases on referrals. Maintain service specific reports to enhance delivery. Facilitate in the collection of data for audit: e.g annual clinical activity levels. Communicate written and oral information to members of the multi-disciplinary team. Receive and deal with sensitive information via telephone, fax and email.
