Hours: 40 hours. Monday – Friday.

We currently have a new opportunity for an Accounts (AP) Administrator to join our friendly finance team based in Bangor. If you don't feel like you meet all the role criteria outlined below, please don't let that discourage you from applying as we have a number of exciting opportunities available.
In this role you will be:
1. Processing supplier invoices, resolving supplier queries, and assisting with administration duties in the finance team.
2. Ensuring all invoices are posted to the system in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Keeping track of orders against pro-forma invoices.
4. Ensuring all invoices have a valid PO number before passing for processing.
5. Liaising with suppliers to obtain credit notes where necessary.
6. Processing all cross-hire invoices and keeping a record of all entries processed.
7. Completing supplier payment runs while being aware of cash flow management.
