As an Advanced Practitioner you will exercise advanced clinical expertise, acting within your professional boundaries, providing advanced clinical skills and advice. Main duties of the job To deliver a high standard of patient care as an Advanced Practitioner in general practice, using specialist knowledge, and a broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge base utilising autonomous clinical skills. Assess, diagnose, plan and implement care for patients presenting with both acute and chronic conditions, within the Surgery and the patients own homes, integrating both drug and non-drug based treatment methods into a management plan.
