The position
This is a Senior Strategic role responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Novo Nordisk strategy in relation to strategic partnerships and collaborative working, enabling NN to effectively deliver its commercial and strategic objectives.
Through leadership of a team of National Strategic Partnership Managers and Integrated Healthcare Managers, this team will be responsible for solutions that support patient access to medicines and improvements to patient care at a National, Regional and ICB level.
Qualifications
1. Knowledge gained by leading a senior NHS, commercial, business, medical position with broad leadership experience and ability to lead a cross functional team
2. Experience in building relationships/networks with health care decision makers (governments, payers, insurers, policy makers, KOLs etc.)
3. Expertise around partnership working, specifically around the governance arrangements and ensuring robust processes are in place to identify, assess and manage risk
4. Experience in delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
About the department
This is a new team anchored within the Market Access department. You will be a key member of the Market Access Leadership Team, responsible for our partnership strategy, working closely with Corporate Affairs and the commercial Business Units.
