About the Role:
Position: SEN Primary Teacher
Start Date: Immediate start or as soon as possible
Contract Type: Full-time, temporary (with potential for extension or permanency)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceIn this role, you will:
Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN.
Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Assess and monitor progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual education plans (IEPs).About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally in a primary setting.
A deep understanding of SEND frameworks and strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
