DD is looking for a dedicated IT Technical Support to join our Service Desk as the first point of contact for all IT service inquiries. This role involves actively participating in major incidents, managing day-to-day requests, and ensuring seamless problem resolution. As we transition our focus towards CRM and the Dynamics suite, your expertise will play a pivotal role in supporting this strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Desk Management : Utilise ITSM, remote access, and knowledge resources to support effective service desk operations.
* CRM and Dynamics Environment : Help manage and maintain our CRM and Dynamics environment, aligning with our business transformation goals.
* Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex customer hardware and software issues, providing advanced troubleshooting through diagnostics and engaging questioning.
* Customer Experience Management : Set and manage customer expectations, provide timely updates aligned with SLAs, and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines.
* Collaborative Problem-Solving : Partner with support teams to resolve issues, support system recovery efforts, and assist colleagues with complex tasks.
* Daily Operations & Maintenance : Conduct daily system checks, cover daily backups, maintain workstations, and manage networking equipment, servers, and IT stock for emergency replacements.
Technical Competencies & Required Skills
* Essential :
* Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Suite, CRM and Field Service.
* Experience using admin tools, AD, DNS, DHCP, GOP etc
* Experience using Azure AD/Entra, Intune, Exchange etc
* Certification or practical knowledge of IT service best practices (ITIL, ISO20k).
* Strong communication skills for handling colleague calls and emails.
* Desirable :
* Experience with SCCM, Intune, and client-server troubleshooting.
* Basic SQL knowledge, device hardware expertise, and network management skills.
