Your Purpose:
You will apply your passion, dedication, and talent to help our business grow and be the first choice for our people, customers, and consumers. In return, we’ll develop and invest in your skills and experience, giving you the best start on your career journey.
So, what does that mean for you?

You’ll receive hands-on training, rotating through departments and supported by a mentor. The apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with academic study toward nationally recognized qualifications, including a BTEC Level 3 and potentially an HNC Level 4 in Engineering.
About You:
* You will need to have/be predicted a minimum of 5 GCSE (grades 4-9) including Maths, English & Science (Maths at grade 6-9).
* Applications are welcomed from those with L3 qualifications (A levels and/or BTEC. Minimum of 96 UCAS points) and a passion for a career in engineering.
* Adaptable - you’re flexible to meet new challenges at pace.
* Collaborative - We work together, celebrate together, and win together.
* Curious - You’ll look for ways to do things differently and always keep learning.
* Passionate - we’re all passionate ambassadors of our brands and our business.
* Proactive - we’re innovators; unafraid to be direct and we act calmly and quickly.
