The Role:
* Manage and reconcile the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy.
* Resolve discrepancies in payment proposals and process urgent invoices.
* Request missing invoices and manually allocate payments.
* Review and adjust intercompany balance statements.
* Assist with bank reconciliations and support the production of financial accounts.
You must have...
* Proficient in Sage and experienced with other accounting software.
* Exceptional customer service and phone support skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
