Job Description:
The Sales Administrator will support the sales team in achieving their goals. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient sales operations, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the sales team in order processing, tracking, and managing customer accounts.
* Preparing and distributing sales quotations and proposals.
* Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
* Maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
* Assisting in managing sales reports and data analysis.
* Contributing to the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
* Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and general office support.
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales or administrative role is essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
