The Princess Grace Hospital part of HCA Healthcare UK is one of the UK’s best equipped, acute, private surgical hospitals providing complex care. We are actively recruiting for an experienced Theatre Manager to lead our dynamic Theatre team. As an effective, compassionate and visible leader you will support the theatre department- administratively (budgets and targets) and clinically to promote and ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient perioperative care.
Working closely with the Surgical Services manager you will take responsibility to appropriately manage theatre lists and workforce and to provide strategic and operational direction to build the departmental business; plan new services and introduce new technologies as required.

What you’ll bring:
1. Qualified practitioner and current registration with NMC or HCPC
2. Previous leadership and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and enthuse individuals/teams
3. Proven experience working in a leadership role
4. Organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate workload effectively and respond to the needs of the department and the hospital
5. The ability to set, implement and evaluate standards of practice
6. Change management skills
7. Excellent IT skills
