Data entry Clerk based in Bristol but the role will also involve some remote working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collecting information from customers and clients
2. Entering data into ImVision Software
3. Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
4. Retrieving data as requested
5. Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
6. Generating periodic reports
7. Assisting the office management team when required
8. Scanning and filing of job packs
9. SharePoint filing management
Knowledge & Skills
1. Good communication skills
2. Experience in Microsoft Office & SharePoint
3. Experience in service desk and ticketing systems an advantage
