Thrive Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join our clients finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices. - Conduct credit checks and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients. - Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and resolve any disputes. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth credit management processes. - Prepare reports on outstanding debts and payment trends. Qualifications: - Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable. - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
