A London-based university is seeking to recruit an HR Team Leader. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused administrative support across the university’s Schools and Professional Services Directorates. They will also serve as a specialist in managing the interface between HR and Payroll functions. Job responsibilities: Manage a team of administrators in the delivery of a high-quality HR administration service i.e processing pay changes and overseeing the preparation of contractual documentation Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day implementation of the full range of HR administrative support processes Be the primary point of escalation for the team on complex queries Provide regular reports on SAP and analyse output to support workload management Ensure all Employee records are administered in line with UKVI requirements Candidate profile: Holds a CIPD or CIPP qualification Knowledge and experience using SAP HR or Oracle (essential) In-depth understanding of payroll from an HR perspective Demonstrable experience of a full range of HR / Payroll processes covering the complete employee life-cycle Experience of team supervision, leadership and management Annual salary: £42,632 - £49,250 Contract type: Fixed Term for 9 months Working hours: Full-time Location: London (hybrid working – 3 days on site, 2 days working from home) This vacancy will be actively shortlisted, so early applications are encouraged to avoid missing out on the opportunity Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
