We have an opportunity for a Divisional Commercial Manager to join our Wates team within our Planned Maintenance division covering various contracts. The successful candidate will provide strong functional leadership, management, governance and excellence for all commercial activities pre and post contract across a portfolio of programmes. The role specifically covers both work winning and the operational delivery of projects. Key Accountabilities will include: Develop and performance manage the divisional strategy, from mobilisation to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, via delivering the promise principles. Full profit and loss accountability for the region and lead major client accounts, managing all aspects of the account evolution, including expansion and organic growth, service levels, contract renewal, team development, retention strategy and overall profitability. Successfully lead on all aspects of HS&E ensuring divisional reporting and delivery of our Zero Harm strategy and Bold Commitments. Overall and complete accountability for the Customer relationship. To be successful in the role you will have experience of growing and developing contracts, including success in delivering the highest levels of customer service at regional level, whilst ensuring the ongoing growth, improvement and profitability across all contracts. You should also have detailed knowledge of energy companies and forth coming funding routes, a level of data analysis expertise and overall SHDF compliance & lodgement process knowledge. Alongside this you will have the ability to influence at all levels and be a confident leader who is able to create value by shaping the future and delivering quality results.
