1. Reporting into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, lead the development and execution of a cohesive global social media strategy aligned with the company¿s brand vision, values, and business goals across key platforms including but not limited to Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/Pinterest/LinkedIn
2. Define each social channel¿s target audience and tailor content strategies to reach and engage these segments effectively in line with business and brand strategy.
3. Work with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal and platform trends.
4. Work with internal Creative Team to oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for all social media platforms (including video content and Reels)
5. Identify and build relationships with relevant content creators, influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic competition/brand partners.
6. Manage content creator campaigns and collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.
7. Work closely with Paid Social & Affiliate channel owners to align on a joined-up strategy.
8. Foster and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
9. Work with external PR agency to devise, plan, and execute clear PR strategy including calendar of live press and influencer events.
10. Set up and manage new social profiles aligned with business growth opportunities, with clear targets to drive brand awareness and reach.
11. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance and use this insight to shape future ideas.
12. Identify key social media trends, platform updates, insights, and innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
13. Inspire and develop a social & PR team to drive a vibrant, innovative, and creative culture.
14. Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times.
Skills and Experience
15. Previous social media marketing experience with bundles of creative ideas
16. A complete social native with an unrelieved passion for social media channels and an excellent understanding of the unique intricacies of each channel
17. Proven experience devising and executing brand social media & influencer strategy on time and within budget.
18. PR experience of how to bring brand and product messaging and initiatives to life through print, digital and live events.
19. Bursting with ideas, from big campaigns & concepts to small improvements with an ability to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
20. Proven experience of content creation across social channels including Reels and videos and not afraid to get in front of the camera when required.
21. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and prioritise workload, with excellent attention to detail.
22. An ability to create and execute activity with a clear objective in mind ¿ whether that be reach, customer acquisition or community conversation.
23. An ability to analyse data to produce insight reports.
24. Strong team player, able to work cross-functionally & build internal & external relationships.
25. Excellent people management skills ¿ able to lead a team and give direction with passion and enthusiasm.
