Operator/Pipeline Tech - Inverness

Key Responsibilities
1. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for controlling and operating the plant equipment, working safely, methodically and efficiently.
2. You will be accountable for ensuring the operation and security of the Depot on a rotating shift basis. In addition, you will carry out regular checks in accordance with procedures of site pipelines, tanks and other facilities.
3. You will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of the pipelines through maintaining the husbandry and controlling the vegetation along the pipeline system and carry out planned operational tasks and checks.
About You
As Operations/Pipeline Supervisor you will be joining a well-established team. As part of the operations team you will control and operate the plant equipment working safely and methodically, ensuring the upkeep of the pipelines.
How you will Succeed
With 5 C Grade GCSEs or equivalent. You will have experience in a similar field and understand the reasons for and application of a variety of safety management processes such as Permit to Work, Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessment. With excellent attention to detail, you will also have a positive attitude.
