An exciting role for a Change Communications Specialist has arisen with a leading UK institution. This role will be based in Surrey, with hybrid working, 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. This role will be responsible for delivering change communications across a number of sensitive projects; collaborating with Managers across the business to deliver content and communications on time.

Description
The successful Change Communications Specialist will be responsible for;
Developing and implement effective internal and external communication strategies
Developing a strong understanding of the needs of different audience groups; drafting relevant timely messages to deliver the project on time.
Developing press statements and social media responses as required.
Collaborating with various departments to manage change and foster organisation-wide understanding
Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication strategies
Organising and facilitate communication workshops as required
Managing any crisis communication as neededProfile
A successful Change Communications Specialist should have:
Proven expertise within transformation and/or change communications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
Outstanding organisational and project management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
