Responsibilities
of the Technical Coordinator: :
1. Collaborate with architects, engineers and other consultants to develop and refine project designs, ensuring compliance with local building regulations and best practices.
2. Possess strong knowledge of planning and building regulations specific to the South West region.
3. Demonstrate a high level of skill in coordinating and distributing technical information, acting as a proven team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
4. Manage the flow of design information and oversee the design input of specialist subcontractors.
5. Coordinate and manage regional engineering applications such as S38, S104 and S278 agreements.
6. Oversee the coordination of SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) specifications and water applications.
