Job Title: Team Manager (Care Leavers ) Salary: £51,464 - £55, 338 per annum 37 Hours per Week Location: County Hall Team: Care Leavers, North 1 Permanent. The Role: Worcestershire County Council's Care Leavers service are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Manager to lead and develop a team of Personal Advisors. The service supports young people aged 17-25 to lead as fulfilling and aspirational lives as possible. As a Team Manager you will lead your staff in the provision of services, underpinned by Corporate Parenting principles. We seek an individual who can work collaboratively across partnerships both internally and externally, where challenges will occur but where this is undertaken positively. The successful candidate will will hold responsibility for the teams Key Performance Indicators and you will work alongside your 3 experienced peer managers to ensure performance is prioritised. Your will supervise and develop your team of Personal Advisers to provide a consistent service to ensure young people are connected to their communities, are aware of their rights across all areas of the Worcestershire Local Offer and most importantly become independent adults who make fully informed choices.
