This prestigious, exciting venue in the heart of Bristol is looking for an accomplished Executive Chef to take charge of some of the most high-profile events in the city, creating and producing bespoke menus and concepts, overseeing the 2000+ cover auditorium and 500 cover function room.
The company prides itself on its superb food, creativity, and highly personal approach, so this will be quite a hands-on role, but with much reward!
The Role:
* Develop creative concepts that align with each event
* Work closely with company operations team
* Manage prep and production for all events and functions, including comedy nights and live music
* Oversee and manage on-site restaurant, which will be run day-to-day by the Head Chef
* Oversee opening plan, including menu planning, training and development

Requirements:
* Right to Work in the UK
* Recent Experience in either High Volume restaurants or Venue and Events Catering, at Head or Executive Head Chef level
* Experience in Venues, Stadiums and/or Leisure sector is advantageous
