Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
2. Raise work orders and requisitions as needed.
3. Ensure that planning support and documentation meet the requirements of scheduled maintenance.
4. Print, copy, and scan aircraft maintenance records.
5. Update the company's record management system.
6. Update aircraft and component log books.
7. Liaise with other departments within the company.
8. Provide cross-functional support to the CAMO team as directed by the DCAM.
Essentials:
1. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
2. Solid understanding of office procedures and terminology.
3. Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional approach to both customers and internal teams.
4. Good level of literacy and numeracy, suitable for reporting and administrative tasks.
5. Effective verbal communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
