Location: North of Chelmsford - Must be a car driver to visit clients and the office
Full time: Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office

About the Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving new business, developing strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors, and sourcing top-tier talent across Essex, London, Suffolk - and the UK.
This position offers the freedom to manage your own pipeline, with autonomy over new client relationships and candidate management.
This role will also manage an established desk with a strong pool of client relationships to grow and build alongside new business.
This is an important aspect of the role and will enable you to start earning from the moment you step into the position.
You will be working in a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. As a car driver, you'll be able to easily visit clients, engage in face-to-face meetings, and actively contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive Business Growth: Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities,
identifying revenue-generating prospects.
● Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new
clients, including HR and Talent leaders, to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
● Proactive Talent Sourcing: Source and engage with top-tier candidates using a variety of tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database.
● End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
● Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advising both clients and candidates
with the latest insights.
● Exceptional Service: Deliver an outstanding experience to clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships.
About You:
● You have a proven track record in 360 recruitment, ideally in a commercial / generalist recruitment role.
● You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven, always striving to exceed targets and grow your success.
● You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● You are comfortable using technology to enhance your recruitment efforts and social media to generate leads.
● You have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
● You are team-oriented, collaborating effectively with others to achieve collective goals.
