Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading private healthcare provider in their search for a Multi-Site Operations Manager based in the South. Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to lead and motivate the team of clinicians and non-clinical staff in their patient focused clinic.
You will be responsible for the line management development and growth of your designated team. Expectation will be for regular face to face meetings with your sites, customers and trusts to promote business development as well as regularly supporting internal departments such as resource planning and logistics to facilitate a well led mobile business.
We are looking for individuals who would like to meet and exceed internal targets, ensure excellent governance and adherence to the external regulatory standards.
The role requires effective people, customer, management and change management skills. You will be expected to contribute to the business areas medium and long term strategy to develop business performance and develop long term strategic partnerships. The post holder will be reflective in thinking and outlook and have a growth mind-set. The role will require you to demonstrate a problem solving approach to issues arising at a local level, highlighting areas of concern appropriately and actively participate in the subsequent change management process. You will be expected to lead key changes for your service, contributing to and implementing new strategies using structured methods including project management in partnership with other functions as necessary.
The Candidate
You will have a minimum 2 years' experience at management level within a private/independent healthcare organisation. It will be essential that you have experience of managing quality within a service.
As well as the above my client are seeking a leader with strong integrity and resilience. Leadership skills are prolific as well as people management experience, strong communication skills, planning and organising experience and a collaborative and innovative approach to your work within the sector.
Requirements
* Experience as a manager within a healthcare organisation
* Comfortable meeting clients to promote Business Development opportunities
* Has change management experience
* Desirable experience working closely with NHS as external stakeholders
* Up to £52,000 DOE
* 25 Days Annual Leave excluding bank holidays

* Hours of work are 40 hours per week + company car
* Working 1 weekend every 4 weeks on call.
Location
This role is Fully Remote working with Travel around South when required
