Contract type: Fixed Term Contract until 31/3/25
Salary: £53,650 with potential to rise to £63,118 over 3 years

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a People Partner to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
We are seeking a strategic and experienced People Partner who will work with senior leaders in the Directorate to develop strategic people plans that enable the delivery of business goals.
Every day you will …
1. Support the design and implementation of great people partnering practices across the organisation.
2. Partner with the Executive Director and their Senior Leadership Team, within their Directorate to develop and implement a strategic people plan to support the delivery of overall business goals.
3. Becoming a trusted advisor and critical friend to the Executive team; to coach and challenge their thinking to deliver excellent people solutions, in collaboration with the wider People and Engagement Directorate Teams.
4. Provide specialist, best practice People advice to leaders to enable the delivery of people strategies, projects, and change initiatives.
5. Enable Directorate alignment to corporate organisation principles.
6. Be future focussed and able to shape the People Strategy for their assigned directorate
