Having previously operated with part-time HR support, we’re now expanding to a full-time HR Manager to help drive our ambitious growth. This is an exciting opportunity to build on strong HR foundations, challenge existing processes, and introduce new, forward-thinking initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing: ?? Learning & Development Spearhead company-wide training and development initiatives to enhance skills and compliance. Work with department heads to develop tailored L&D programs, including training on ISO 9001 and pharma-GMP standards. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. ?? Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. Manage recruitment processes, including interviews, external agencies, and compliance with hiring procedures. Help build a structured talent pipeline for future growth. ?? Employee Relations & Engagement Support managers in creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace. Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture and retention. Provide HR guidance on best practices and build relationships across the business. ?? HR Administration & Compliance Maintain HR records and generate reports for the Managing Director. Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with employment laws. Manage BreatheHR system, employee handbooks, and policy documents. Support the annual salary review process and benefits administration. ?? Quality & Continuous Improvement Ensure HR processes align with ISO 9001 and pharma-GMP compliance. Support business-wide quality initiatives that improve performance and efficiency. Drive a culture of continuous improvement across HR and operational processes. We’d love to hear from you Duties and Responsibilities Spearhead learning and development initiatives across the organization to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and growth opportunities, including training on quality standards Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that align with both HR and quality management requirements. Collaborate with external agencies and assess candidate applications. Conduct interviews and assist team leaders in the selection process. Ensure compliance with hiring procedures and maintain candidate records. Employee Relations and Culture Enhancement: Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace environment. Oversee the organization's training programs Monitor and track personal development plans for employees. Support the training and development lifecycle HR Administration: Payroll and Compliance Education and Experience Essential: Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating knowledge of recruitment, training, and employee relations. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. Prociency in HR software and tools. Passion for fostering a learning culture and improving employee well-being. Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related ?eld (preferred). Experience with personal development systems is desirable.
