12 Months Fixed Term to cover maternity leave
Monday 9-4.30, Tuesday, 9-1 Wednesday 9-4.30 - Working days can be flexible and can also do 3 shorter days if needed i.e.. Mon - Wed 9-3.30
Applicants should have clinical dentistry background.

Treatment Coordinator responsibilities
1. Communicate with patients and provide support throughout their patient journey
2. Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
3. Record and monitor all implant referrals to the practice
4. Managing diary appointments and treatment schedules
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices
6. Co-ordinating meetings, educational programmes, study days, and open evenings
7. Reception duties
Skills and experience
8. Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
9. Strong communication and organisational skills
10. Previous administrative experience
11. Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
12. Dental nursing experience desirable
