Where Does This Role Fit In? You will be part of an exciting team that will be responsible for undertaking both reactive and planned environmental maintenance repairs on our estates. You will deal with a wide range of issues from graffiti removal and fly tipping to ground works and invasive weed treatment. You will proactively seek out any safety issues on site while recording and dealing with them straight away. You will be a front-line representative of Pobl dealing, on occasions directly with tenants. What skills and experience do you need? Good practical skills, Good communication skills both verbally and written. Experience within Social Housing maintenance, with a proactive and positive attitude to work and who is used to a physically demanding role working in all kinds of weather. What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £26,312 for a 40 hour full time permanent position It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full UK drivers licence 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service We provide all training required to successfully deliver the role and you will have access to a bespoke learning pathway with the support of an experienced Learning & Development team.
