About You
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be equal parts creative, analytical, detail-orientated, and resourceful, eager to get stuck in and use their talents and experience to enhance Turnkey’s digital marketing presence.
A background in B2B marketing, particularly within consulting, SaaS, technology or cybersecurity sectors, is preferred. Experience using HubSpot content, marketing, CRM, reporting, and automation tools is essential. Using HubSpot, you should be comfortable managing website updates, creating automated workflows, producing and sending emails, creating segmented email lists, scheduling social content, and using data to inform future tactics and strategies. An understanding of SEO principles and website user experience is required. You should also be comfortable drafting email content using accessible language and following best practices for garnering opens, clicks, and responses.
The ideal candidate will be savvy using social media, specifically LinkedIn, to engage and interact with audiences. You’ll have a keen interest in social media trends and algorithm changes and skilled in creating both written and visual engaging content, using accessible, human language, and a variety of media formats. You’ll enjoy interacting with and growing audiences, finding ways to enable staff as brand advocates, and coming up with new ways to connect with followers.
Expectations of the Role
The role will involve but is not limited to the following:
HubSpot Management
1. Manage and update the company website using HubSpot
2. Create and manage automated workflows in HubSpot
3. Write, produce, and send marketing emails, including newsletters, mass promotional emails, personalised emails, and account-based marketing emails
4. Create segmented email lists to support marketing and sales efforts
5. Proactively identify new opportunities to utilise HubSpot for reaching clients and prospects
Data-Driven Optimisation
1. Use data to inform and optimise future marketing tactics and strategies
2. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and marketing channels
Content Creation
1. Create content for social media platforms, including eye-catching visual media such as graphics and videos and accessible, engaging written content
2. Advance Turnkey’s brand presence online in alignment with brand guidelines and global marketing and business strategies
Industry Awareness & Strategy
1. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, social media algorithm changes, use cases for AI, etc.
2. Conduct social and media listening activities to monitor industry conversations and spot trends
Collaboration
1. Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver on marketing objectives
Reports to: Global Head of Marketing
Who Are We Looking For:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing
2. Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industries is preferred
3. Proficiency in HubSpot, including website management, automated workflows, email marketing, social media management, and data analysis
4. Strong communication and creative skills
5. Adeptness in using social media to attract and engage audiences
6. Keen attention to detail and a strong logical and analytical mindset
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
8. Resourcefulness to investigate challenges and solve problems
9. Passion for digital marketing and a proactive approach to learning and development
In addition to this, it is important that all candidates have:
1. Robust planning and organisation skills – being able to anticipate potential problems and challenges is key
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Good influencing skills, resilience, and tenacity to be able to present and defend ideas
4. Self-starter, pragmatic, commercially-minded, and driven
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on a combination of factors including level of experience and expertise, in addition to an OTE bonus.

All Turnkey employees are entitled to £40 worth of carbon credits each year, which can offset 7 tonnes of carbon. Options are available to increase carbon credit amounts which would be treated as a benefit in kind.
Location: Based in our London office, with hybrid working (expected office working 2-3 days per week). Occasional travel to our offices in other countries will be expected as part of this role if there is a requirement to do so.
