As a Customer Interaction Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our strategic vision is well understood across your team and will support your team in translating their ideas into reality. You’ll ensure that the systems and processes within your area of responsibility are as effective as possible and, as part of this, you’ll be relied on to ensure an efficient and co-operative working environment where everyone’s performing to the best of their ability.
Your main goal is to keep your team motivated and driven with your positive, can-do attitude. You’ll have plenty of freedom to use your initiative and drive change in order to make the department even more efficient. As a fantastic communicator, you’ll strike up positive relationships with your manager, who will rely on your knowledge and expertise to make well-informed business decisions.
As Team Leader roles go, you’ll find a great deal of freedom to deliver within your remit. You’ll recommend any changes to the way we do things and will be the type of person who thrives in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
