We are thrilled to advertise an exciting opportunity to join our team as F&I Compliance Manager, where your skills as an experienced individual will help the team maintain appropriate systems and controls to ensure compliance with the requirements and standards under all applicable FCA regulations.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar FCA regulated compliance role, ideally having experience within automotive finance or retail financial services.
Experience completing FCA regulatory returns is also desirable as this will be a key element of the role.

We are ideally looking for someone with the following skill sets:
1. Positive and enthusiastic (teamwork is essential)

3. Curious (you will be able to demonstrate your love for good 'root cause' analysis)
4. Knowledge of the Consumer Credit and/or General Insurance Sector (preferably as an intermediary)
5. Knowledge of the various FCA rules and guidance relating to the above sector (i.e. CONC, ICOBS, Vulnerable Customer and Consumer Duty)
6. Experienced coach (to help support and deliver regular training opportunities to the wider team)
You will also be able to demonstrate resilience with a can-do attitude and you will have an ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
The following attributes are also desirable:
1. Proven ability as a team leader or supervisor
2. Problem-solving skills with the ability to translate problems and find resolutions
3. Excellent organisational skills with experience of having to meet tight deadlines at short notice
4. Good IT and software skills, with Excel
5. Confident in presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner
In addition, this is an excellent Hybrid Work from Home / Work from Office opportunity (Head Office is based in Leicester). You will work between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday with home working as part of a structured rota; however, during the induction period, you will be required to work in the office and therefore it would be desirable for your commute to be no longer than 1 hour from Leicester.
