We are currently recruiting for dedicated and experienced Product / Senior Product Owners to join our team. The Product / Senior Product Owners will be responsible for defining, managing, and delivering value through our deep tech products. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.
The Product / Senior Product Owner will oversee the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet the customer needs and preferences. Their main duties include determining the overall vision of products, deciding which features each product will have according to clients’ preferences and managing the entire development process.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (Duties)
* Product Vision: Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to all relevant stakeholders and team members.
* Backlog Management: Create and prioritise a product backlog, ensuring the team is working on the highest value features.
* User Stories: Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clearly understood by the Development Team.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and customers to identify and understand their needs and translate these into product requirements.
* Development Oversight: Work closely with the Development and Technology Team throughout the product development process, providing clarification and direction where needed.
* Quality Assurance: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the defined acceptance criteria and overall quality standards.
* Performance Monitoring: Measure and report on product performance and progress towards strategic goals.
* Feedback Integration: Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product decisions.
* Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may affect the team’s ability to meet project objectives.
Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Experience)
* Proven experience as a Product / Senior Product Owner or similar role in product management.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer centric focus
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with user-centered design and research methodologies is a plus.
