Gemporia Craft is a group of TV shopping channels with a difference. They include Sewing Street, HobbyMaker and JewelleryMaker, 3 inspirational brands with active and engaged audiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, and commercially minded individual to join the fast growing HobbyMaker team as a Supplier Relationship Manager. You will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day operation, management and development of the Hobbymaker Partners (suppliers). Working closely with our partners to maximise customers, sales and inspiration. This is an extremely fast-paced role with daily changes that will require you to think on your feet, adapt and deliver commercially important decisions. It is therefore essential that you have excellent relationship, organisation and time management skills. • Assist the Planning & Content Manager in the day-to-day management of our partners to achieve live TV & ecommerce (static) sales. • Possess a strong understanding of sales, with the ability to identify the cause of strong and poor performance and be capable of articulating change and challenge to both suppliers and wider team. • Delegate responsibilities to team members, overseeing the planning of suppliers & their proposals with the confidence that the content that has been scheduled will achieve or exceed sales targets and meet the customer needs and wants. • Working closely with the HobbyMaker partners (suppliers) to establish a fantastic working relationship, working with them to get the best performance out of products and shows. • Not only support television sales but develop HobbyMaker website strategies with suppliers. • Ensure that all relevant administrative duties are completed and communicated, according to company procedure. • Develop regularly supplier feedback circle. Focused on maximising performance with internal and external team to continuously improve and maximise hourly, weekly and monthly sales. • Work collaboratively with all departments with Gemporia Craft (Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, designers, producers, and presenters) to support on information required for every product to be a success. The business is constantly evolving and therefore you will need to be open to change in your job responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who loves process, supplier and people management and sales. Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with flexibility at busy times. Our studios/offices are based in Redditch, B98 9HF - you must be able to comfortably commute to this location.
