Job Description
This role is crucial in supporting our outsourced managed service recruitment contracts across various sectors. The Booking Coordinator will be responsible for a range of administrative and system-related tasks to ensure the fulfilment of our client’s Service Level Agreements.
This will be an on-site role and there is likely to be a 4-week rotating shift pattern which will likely be 1 week early, 2 weeks normal and 1 week evening. The shifts are likely to be:
* Early - 0600-1430
* Normal - 0900-1730
* Evening - 1130-2000
Day to Day of the role:
* Handle booking changes, processing extensions, and chasing timesheet approvals.
* Be accountable for timesheet adjustments, end date management, and PO burn rate management.
* Provide ongoing systems training and act as the first point of contact for delivery team queries.
* Complete ad hoc/periodic administrative tasks and process manual payroll.
* Work closely with stakeholders such as Resourcing Business Partners, Client and Candidate system users, and partner suppliers.
* Utilise recruitment technology platforms and communication tools to manage processes across a portfolio of Managed Services (MSP) Clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Proficiency in managing large volumes of data and navigating systems.
* A proactive approach to questioning and escalating concerns when necessary.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
