About the role
We’re looking for a CRM Lead to join our newly formed digital team. You will deliver the club's CRM strategic roadmap, executing CRM initiatives focused on fan behaviour and developing personalised experiences by optimising the end-to-end fan journey across all touch points. You will ensure that every interaction drives continuous improvement, enhancing fan engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
Your impact
You will have extensive experience in CRM and fan engagement, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or media industries, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies focused on customer or fan journeys. You will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data using insights to inform decision-making and optimise fan journeys. Proficiency with ESP tools and platforms is required.
With excellent communication and project management skills, you are a strong team player capable of working cross-functionally, engaging fans and enhancing their experience with the brand.
About the team
You will work for our Head of Digital and manage a CRM team. You will collaborate with the growing digital team and the wider Brand, Marketing, and Digital media team.
