Job Title: PMO – Risk Lead

Salary: £45,628+ depending on skills and experience.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a small team of Risk professionals.
* Heading various programmes and project requirements within Site & Facilities.
* Producing reporting requirements across various programme and projects.
* Working with relevant Project Manager Leads to manage Risk.
* Operating closely with stakeholders to agree on identification and management of Project and Programme risks, including mitigation strategies.
* Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project. You will apply appropriate Project Management and Control methods and tools whether predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Working knowledge of ARM (Active Risk Manager).
* Sound and demonstrated experience of being able to influence stakeholders.
* Experience working on Major Projects in a Risk capacity.
* Experience managing a small team.
Desirable:
* Experience with Primavera P6.
* Project Management certification (APM, Prince2 qualified or IRM) or equivalent experience.

The Site and Facilities PMO Team:
An exciting opportunity to join a newly established PMO function within Site & Facilities. Working within the Risk team to support a growing and varied portfolio of projects in Site & Facilities across the Barrow site.
This role offers a wide range of exposure to different teams across the Barrow site, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function and work across various functions.
We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
