Come Join Our Team We have an excellent opportunity for a female support worker to work alongside our client in Swardeston, Norwich. Our client is a young lady in her 20's, she enjoys going for walks, listening to music and stories, having her nails done and engaging in crafts. She is non-verbal, has symptoms of cerebral palsy end epilepsy including seizures. Due to the clients support needs the successful candidate will need to be female, have complex care experience, ideally an understanding of seizure management, peg feeding, administering medication, personal care pressure area care and manual handling along with a full UK driving licence. Combining this with the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client and build a solid, supporting relationship. Pay: £13.40 per hour Hours: Bank (Likely hours to cover: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 16:15 - 21:30 and Tuesday 15:30 - 21:30) Key Responsibilities: Seizure Management. Peg Feeding. Medication Administration. Personal Care. Oral Care. Pressure Area Care. Manual Handling. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
