You'll gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to creating our ultra-luxury performance cars. This unique opportunity will provide a comprehensive understanding of how our HR function drives Aston Martin's business objectives and supports our overall strategy.Throughout the placement, you'll work closely with key HR support functions, rotating across our HR teams, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Reward and Benefits, and Learning and Development. Yougain insights into how business and people decisions affect the wider organisation and how different teams come together to drive Aston Martin's success.This placement will develop your skills and offer real-life industry insights to support your degree.
